📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.,Monitor and maintain network and server performance.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Assist in the management of IT assets and inventory.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Knowledge of basic networking concepts and principles.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Basic knowledge of IT security principles and practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
