As the Direktur Transformasi BLUD, you will be responsible for overseeing the transformation of Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) into modern, efficient, and autonomous organizations. Your daily tasks will involve developing and executing strategic plans, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. You will work with a team of experts to leverage data analytics, project management tools like MS Project, and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams to achieve your goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the strategic transformation of BLUD into high-performing, autonomous units.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and improve efficiency.
Manage and coordinate projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and best practices.
Leverage data analytics to drive decision-making and improve performance.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the BLUD.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align initiatives with provincial government goals.
Represent the BLUD at provincial and national forums to advocate for best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in public sector management, with a proven track record in transforming organizations.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or relevant experience.
Strong understanding of government regulations and policies.
Proficient in using data analytics tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Leadership experience in driving organizational change and improvement.
