Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning schedules, inventory management, and staff assignments.
• Coordinate with landscaping teams to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and pathways.
• Ensure all facilities meet health and safety standards, complying with local regulations.
• Train and develop housekeeping and landscaping staff to uphold high standards of service.
• Manage and maintain cleaning supplies and landscaping equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Use SAP for inventory management and Microsoft Teams for team communication and coordination.
• Monitor budget and expenses related to housekeeping and landscaping operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping and landscaping supervision, preferably in the hospitality or facilities management industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving operational goals.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, health and safety regulations, and landscaping best practices.
• Certification in Cleaning Management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in using SAP for inventory management and Microsoft Teams for communication.
