📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and improve sales performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with health and wellness products and services is a plus.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
