In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including menu selection, guest lists, and event logistics.,Work closely with the senior banquet staff to ensure that all event details are accurately communicated and executed.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring that all equipment and decorations are in place and properly stored.,Help with the preparation of food and beverages, following recipes and ensuring that all items are presented to the highest standards.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines.,Assist with the preparation of event reports and other administrative tasks as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, such as hospitality, catering, or event planning.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service techniques.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
