In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.,Assess employee training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and technologies.,Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve future programs.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
