To support our scaling operations, we are seeking talented, bilingual professionals fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. As a Mandarin-Speaking Professional, you will play a crucial role in bridging communication between our Indonesian and Chinese stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and strategic alignment.

In this role, you will be part of our Operations, Middle Office, and Auditor teams, working closely with cross-functional teams to manage daily operations, conduct financial audits, and support strategic initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate daily operations between Indonesian and Chinese teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Support the Middle Office team in managing financial data, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational and financial strategies to support the company's growth.
• Provide bilingual support for meetings, presentations, and other communication activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and strategic alignment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Certification in financial auditing or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
