In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and supporting the store manager in achieving sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and reordering.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Assist in organizing store events, promotions, and displays to attract customers.,Monitor and report sales performance, providing regular updates to the store manager.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Assist in training and onboarding new store staff as needed.,Perform other administrative tasks as required to support store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or store administration.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Willingness to work remotely and adhere to company policies.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
