📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.,Manage the staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a clean and attractive dining area, including tables, chairs, and decor.,Ensure that the restaurant's image and reputation are maintained to the satisfaction of customers and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of managing a team and improving sales and financial performance.,Familiarity with food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
