📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Identifying and assessing risks to the company's operations and suggesting mitigation strategies.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and other team members.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing standards.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
