📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to facilitate timely delivery of goods.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts, resolving them promptly and effectively.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to travel within Indonesia as required.
