📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Process payroll and manage employee benefits,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus
