📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and customers.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and problems.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Assist in network setup, configuration, and maintenance.,Monitor and maintain IT systems and equipment.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and software.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and protocols.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.

Technical skills: Proficiency in using operating systems (WindowsmacOSLinux)office software (Microsoft OfficeGoogle Workspace)and common IT tools (e.g.remote desktopVPNantivirus software).Soft skills: Strong communicationactive listeningand customer service skills.
