Town Zone Pratama is seeking a dedicated Deputy Store Admin to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our store, ensuring that all administrative tasks are efficiently managed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store administration and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including stock levels and reordering.,Handle daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Process customer transactions and manage cash handling.,Maintain accurate records of store transactions and inventory.,Assist in training and supervising store staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Support the Store Admin in any additional tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in store administration or a related field.,Proven ability to manage store inventory and transactions.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
