📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll.,Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and implementation.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
