Cafe Cahya Store is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Palu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts or overstocking.,Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and software.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency of warehouse processes.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience with hybrid work models is a plus.
