As a Junior Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of excellent customer service and supporting the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the delivery of excellent customer service to guests and visitors.
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
  • Help with the setup and breakdown of events and meetings.
  • Assist in the management of inventory and supplies.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Assist in the training and development of new team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 kg.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
