Berkah Fajar Health Center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our organization. You will work closely with the audit team to identify and mitigate risks, as well as assist in the preparation of audit reports. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in internal auditing to gain valuable insights and develop their skills in a supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, execution, and documentation of internal audits,Review financial records, policies, and procedures to identify areas of improvement,Conduct interviews and gather information from various departments,Prepare audit reports and present findings to the audit committee,Assist in the development and implementation of corrective actions,Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices,Support the audit team in the preparation of audit schedules and checklists,Participate in continuous learning and development activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Basic knowledge of internal auditing principles and practices,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Familiarity with internal control frameworks and audit methodologies,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
