CV Mitra Wana is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Outlet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our outlet, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory and stock levels to ensure smooth operations.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and resolving any issues that may arise.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet by following company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other administrative tasks.,Promote products and special offers to customers to drive sales.,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the training of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
