📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the entire purchasing process, from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize costs.,Conduct supplier performance evaluations and make recommendations for improvement.,Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to track spending and identify areas for cost savings.,Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Participate in strategic planning sessions to support the company's growth and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of purchasing software and systems.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.
