📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of shop assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and sales tracking.,Train and develop new shop assistants, ensuring they meet company standards and customer service expectations.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor sales targets and performance metrics, providing regular reports to the store manager.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.,Promote store products and services to customers, highlighting special offers and discounts.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, stock control, and sales tracking.,Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in retail management or customer service are a plus.
