In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for helping others understand complex technical concepts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Develop and implement a technical writing process that ensures consistency and quality across all of our documentation,Train and mentor other technical writers on best practices and industry standards,Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in technical writing,Contribute to the development of our technical writing tools and processes,Provide technical writing support to our sales and marketing teams

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in technical writing, English, or a related field,5+ years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software,Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
