📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate records are maintained.,Handle mail and packages, sorting and distributing them as needed.,Operate front desk software and other office equipment efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.,Provide information about the company and its services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and equipment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
