📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates for various positions through job postings, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates for the roles.,Conduct initial and follow-up interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source passive candidates.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet business goals.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
