📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide recruitment solutions.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
