Pro Global Pratama is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our culinary excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily food production and ensure high-quality standards.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and quality.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure timely delivery of food to meet customer demands.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.,Experience in a similar remote role is a plus.
