📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Manage payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, and tax filings,Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records,Provide financial support to other departments as needed,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial reports to relevant authorities,Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare or financial institution,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English
