PA International is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Building Executive or Building Executive to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about property management and want to make a significant impact in the vibrant Bali market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet high standards of quality.,Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance and repair tasks.,Develop and implement property management strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and property value.,Manage leasing activities, including tenant screening, lease negotiations, and lease renewals.,Monitor and manage property finances, including rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and needs promptly.,Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues or maintenance needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a high-rise or commercial property setting.,Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to property management in Bali.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.,Proficient in using property management software and other relevant tools.,Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
