📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient running.,Manage a team of staff, providing training, guidance, and support.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to senior management.,Identify opportunities for store improvement and implement necessary changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
