Bold City Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill our team members.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.,Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide training events and seminars.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with training software and tools is a plus.,Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to adapt to changing training needs and priorities.
