📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement and production departments to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure the safe and secure storage of inventory, implementing measures to prevent loss or damage.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.,Proven ability to manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.,Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles, with the ability to coordinate with suppliers and customers.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, with the ability to implement and enforce safety protocols.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
