📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain CNC milling and lathe machines with a focus on precision and quality.
- Set up and perform machining operations according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Inspect and measure machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to achieve project goals.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machining processes.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machining principles and practices.
- Familiarity with CNC machine operation, including programming and setup.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
