🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or event industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of local languages such as Indonesian or Balinese is a plus.
