📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all legal functions, including contract management, corporate compliance, and regulatory affairs.
• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Mitigate legal risks and provide strategic advice to senior management.
• Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Manage and coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
• Provide legal training and support to employees across the organization.
• Monitor and report on legal issues and trends that may impact the company.
• Ensure the protection and enforcement of the company's intellectual property rights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior legal role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Certified as a Corporate Secretary or hold equivalent qualifications.
• Proficient in using legal management software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead.
