📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with subcontractors and site teams
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction issues as they arise
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
